Highway 80 (Sacramento -> North Lake Tahoe)

Traveling from San Francico or Sacramento to the North Side of Lake Tahoe, your best bet is to take Highway 80. A major interstate which provides the largest passing of the Sierra Nevada's for commercial trailers, which means its a high priority to keep this road clear.
